Yes! this soul stone a.k.a ss are farm able , i am farming everyday and i can get at most 16 soul stone now at 18th April 2015.

1.Eternal Transmigration = 9 millennium + 1 prime millennium if finish at stage 46 + 1 baby harpy (maybe not drop) if finish all stage 50.
2.Infinite Transmigration usually 18 to 20 stage only = 3 millennium stone
3,Guild Quest completion = 3 random attribute millennium or 1 prime millennium or 2 baby harpy
4.Multiplayer = If you join league match , then u can only get soul which is card number 576 and 577, but if u play as casual play and get first , u will get one millennium stone per one spirit so total is 8 millennium u can get.

Therefore total up is 9+1+3+3+8 = 23 millennium ss and 1 prime ss.

Madhead (400) = Guarantee perfect during level up

Fixed Level Up
Spiritual Eyes (423) = add 1 level regardless of exp need
Heavy Geat Knight (424) = add 3 level regardless of exp need
The Stone Inscripter (425) = add 5 level regardless of exp need

Decompose for Soul
576,577,578 = this card are mean for decompose only and give you soul for amelioration card.

Skill Level up Card
Harpy (292) - up skill level by 1 regardless of skill point
Baby Harpy (617) - up skill point by 200 point

Basically  , madhead cannot be farm and can get as exchange for multiplayer in league only , reward or achievement.

Spiritual eyes can be get by compete grandmaster(extra)of most stage,

Heavy Gear Knight can be get by completing Soulmaster stage and if the soul master stage appear later in future , u still can get again after complete its again for once only.

The Stone Inscripter can be get by completing achievement or trade in league play in multiplayer.

Harpry farmable in guild for 100 black keys and can be get by completing Soulmaster stage and if the soul master stage appear later in future , u still can get again after complete its again for once only.

Baby Harpy is farmable by accumulate friend points for 10 draw and u will be guarantee to get 1 baby harpy per 10 friends seal draw. Usually can get x2 baby harpy if u clear advance achievement in most stage.
